Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Establish and implement QA/QC systems and procedures - Ensure product quality assurance throughout manufacturing processes - Conduct and manage inspections (including welding and coating processes) - Review and manage technical quality documents (e.g., ITP, WPS, PQR, inspection reports) - Maintain and control quality-related documentation - Manage and evaluate external vendors from a quality perspective - Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure quality compliance - Develop quality control formats and standards for local operations - Support continuous improvement of manufacturing quality processes - Perform other assigned duties related to quality management - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5-year Experience in QA/QC in ITP, WPS and PQR field (preferably industrial machinery, fabrication, welding, or coating) - Experience handling inspection documentation and quality records - Ability to work independently and manage documentation properly - Vendor quality management experience - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes - Proactive and self-driven mindset <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Business level of English - Working in the same experience
