QA/QC Assistant Manager (60K–65K) (SDG-98944) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนก QA/QC <Job responsibilities> - provide instructions and control to Senior supervisor and supervisors - control incoming inspection process and sampling inspection process with supervisors - Request for corrective action to Other departments based on feedback from the patrol team - Respond to claims about products from client by email and telephone - make report about claims from client and analyze inferior of products - QA Activity such as dealing with PPAP, Initial management, changing process of QA, checking defective data - Manage suppliers in terms of conducting Audit to check quality and environment of their factory - Prepare manual of QA and conduct internal Audit for QA - Manage KPI of production and QA/QC activities - Other duties assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - สนับสนุนหัวหน้างานอาวุโส - ควบคุมกระบวนการตรวจสอบขาเข้าและกระบวนการตรวจสอบตัวอย่างสินค้ากับหัวหน้างาน - ขอดำเนินการแก้ไขไปยังหน่วยงานต่างๆ ตามคำสั่งทีมตรวจสินค้า - ตอบกลับข้อเรียกร้องเกี่ยวกับสินค้าจากลูกค้าทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์ - จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการเรียกร้องจากลูกค้าและวิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์ - กิจกรรม QA เช่น การจัดการกับ PPAP, การจัดการเบื้องต้น, การเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการ QA, การตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่บกพร่อง - บริหารจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ในแง่ของการดำเนินการตรวจสอบเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพและสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงงาน - จัดทำคู่มือ QA และดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในสำหรับ QA - จัดการ KPI ของการผลิตและกิจกรรม QA/QC - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
