QA/QC Assistance Manager
(45K – 50K) (SDG-59281)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพและควบคุมคุณภาพ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• QA tasks
- Responsible for task the related to Quality Management System to ensure continued effectiveness.
- Responsible for ISO systems (QMR)
- Documentation of related document in Quality Management System including always revise to update.
- To comply with the requirement of QMS as well as continuously keep action.
- Promote and support activities all employees in an organization have the opportunity to participate in performance development and improvement or the awareness on customer's requirement.
- Planning and monitoring internal Quality System and follow up the corrective and preventive action.
- Responsible for QA all process.

- QC Department coordinator
- Inspection Management
- Production condition management
- Equipment and Tooling Control
- Production Support
- Production Quality Control and Improvement
- Field quality investigation and improvement
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-42 years
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.
• At least 8 years experience in QA/QC department from automotive industry
• At least 5 years experience working in press ,stamping , robot welding process in automotive industry
• Have experience working in press and stamping process is a must
• At least 5 years management experience (Have subordinate)
• Ability to establish the QMS and QMR.
• Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015 , IATF16949
• Advance conversational low to middle in English
• Able to handle many tasks at once and be a problem solver
• Able to communicate in Japanese
• Has CCCF (Completely Check Completely Find-Out) knowledge
• Has Horenso knowledge
• Has KAIZEN knowledge
• Has experience working in Japan

Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday (Saturday working depend on company calendar))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-งาน QA
•รับผิดชอบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง
•รับผิดชอบระบบ ISO (QMR)
•การจัดทำเอกสารเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในระบบบริหารคุณภาพรวมทั้งแก้ไขปรับปรุงอยู่เสมอ
•ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของ QMS ตลอดจนดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
•ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมพนักงานทุกคนในองค์กรมีโอกาสที่จะมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานหรือรับรู้ถึงความต้องการของลูกค้า
•วางแผนและติดตามระบบคุณภาพภายในและติดตามการดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
•รับผิดชอบ QA ทุกกระบวนการ

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-42 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในแผนก QA / QC จากอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการทำงานด้านการกดปั๊มการเชื่อมหุ่นยนต์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในกระบวนการกดและปั๊มเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็น
•ประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
•ความสามารถในการสร้าง QMS และ QMR
•มีความรู้ที่แข็งแกร่งใน ISO 9001: 2015, IATF16949
•สนทนาขั้นสูงในระดับต่ำถึงกลางเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
•สามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันและเป็นนักแก้ปัญหา
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
•มีความรู้ CCCF (ตรวจสอบอย่างสมบูรณ์โดยสมบูรณ์ค้นหาออก)
•มีความรู้ Horenso
•มีความรู้ KAIZEN
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
