QA Supervisor (Converter)
(27K – 29K) (SDG-62212)
หัวหน้างานอาวุโสฝ่ายรับประกันคุณภาพ แผนกท่อกรองอากาศ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Follow action plan for improve product quality.
• Support new program development process, Product inspection and Customer approval.
• Analysis cause of problem to operation and follow up to improvement and preventive action.
• Summarize and prepare report to Quality process control.
• Support customer audit.
• Prepare PPAP approval for new customer.
• Other tasked as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 3 years as QA, QC Engineer in automotive industry
• Have management experience at least 1 year that have subordinate
• Have working experience about PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• Have Knowledge about IATF16949 and ISO 14001
• Conversation low level of English

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: 6 days per year >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ปฏิบัติตามแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
• สนับสนุนกระบวนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมใหม่ การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ และการอนุมัติจากลูกค้า
• วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาในการดำเนินงานและติดตามปรับปรุงและดำเนินการป้องกัน
• สรุปและจัดทำรายงานการควบคุมกระบวนการคุณภาพ
• สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบลูกค้า
• เตรียมการอนุมัติ PPAP สำหรับลูกค้าใหม่
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 28-35 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตำแหน่ง QA, QC Engineer ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ที่มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF16949 และ ISO 14001
•ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับ สนทนา
