QA Supervisor / Ayutthaya (25K–30K) (SDG-99000) หัวหน้าฝ่าย QA (อยุธยา) <Job responsibilities> - oversee the entire process of quality control, including incoming material inspection, system maintenance, process monitoring, delivery inspection, and customer complaint Handling - Organizing and conducting the quality status meeting of the new model Project product - coordinating with production teams to Ensure delivery of new model products by each change level. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence - Respond to claims about products from client by email and telephone - Preparing documents that related with quality concerned APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA, IATF - Other duties assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลกระบวนการควบคุมคุณภาพทั้งหมด รวมถึงการตรวจสอบวัสดุที่นำเข้ามา การบำรุงรักษาระบบ การตรวจสอบกระบวนการ การตรวจสอบการส่งมอบ และการจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า - จัดระเบียบและดำเนินการประชุมสถานะคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์โครงการรุ่นใหม่ - ประสานงานกับทีมผู้ผลิตเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์รุ่นใหม่ตามการเปลี่ยนแปลง - ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ และป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาเดิม - ตอบกลับข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสินค้าจากลูกค้าทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์ - จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA, IATF - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
