QA Supervisor
(23K – 35K) (SDG-74699)
หัวหน้างานอาวุโสแผนกรับประกันคุณภาพ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Customer quality and ISO Certification officer window.
• Maintain and conduct internal audit accordingly to ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and improve internal auditor’s skill.
• Establish and improve quality activities in updated standards Including requirements and regulations.
• In-process (PCBA) quality improvement by statistical method.
• Management of manufacturing documents and data (latest, ECN, etc.).
• Management of supplier quality and monitoring (IQC, Audit, etc).
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that quality issues are carried out properly.
• Prepare quality reports and effectively communicate to manager and other concerns in time.
• Analyze and review weaknesses in the quality process/area and quality control system.
• Make recommendations or proposals for quality improvement and internal/external training.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 3 years about QA/QC in electronic field in any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949.
• Conversational middle level of English
• Experience in acquiring and operating ISO or IATF certification.
• PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly experience (either SMT or DIP process)
• Experience in Quality Assurance, 5Why analysis,8D Report, APQP, DRBFM, PFMEA, PQCT, QC Core Tool etc. is preferable.
• Good understanding and experience in following is preferable.
TYPE1: Quality guidance and training of supplier (Process audit, Supplier meeting)
TYPE2: Improvement internal quality and set-up production line (Internal audit, Quality meeting, QC circle)
TYPE3: Customer audit (System audit and Process audit of PCBA)
TYPE4: Route cause analysis (Similar process analysis) is preferable.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• หน้าต่างคุณภาพลูกค้าและ ISO Certification
• รักษาและดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในตาม ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 และปรับปรุงทักษะของผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน
• จัดตั้งและปรับปรุงกิจกรรมคุณภาพในมาตรฐานที่เป็นปัจจุบัน รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและระเบียบข้อบังคับ
• การปรับปรุงคุณภาพในกระบวนการ (PCBA) โดยวิธีทางสถิติ
• การจัดการเอกสารและข้อมูลการผลิต (ล่าสุด ECN เป็นต้น)
• การจัดการคุณภาพและการตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์ (IQC, Audit ฯลฯ)
• ประสานงานกับสมาชิกในทีมและแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าปัญหาด้านคุณภาพมีการดำเนินการอย่างเหมาะสม
• เตรียมรายงานคุณภาพและสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการและข้อกังวลอื่น ๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในเวลา
• วิเคราะห์และทบทวนจุดอ่อนในกระบวนการ/พื้นที่และระบบการควบคุมคุณภาพ
• จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะหรือข้อเสนอสำหรับการปรับปรุงคุณภาพและการฝึกอบรมภายใน/ภายนอก
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับ QA/QC ในสาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949.
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์ในการรับและดำเนินการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO หรือ IATF
• ประสบการณ์การประกอบ PCB (แผงวงจรพิมพ์) (ทั้งกระบวนการ SMT หรือ DIP)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประกันคุณภาพ 5ทำไม การวิเคราะห์ 8D Report, APQP, DRBFM, PFMEA, PQCT, QC Core Tool เป็นต้น จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีความเข้าใจและมีประสบการณ์ในการติดตามจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
TYPE1: คำแนะนำด้านคุณภาพและการฝึกอบรมซัพพลายเออร์ (การตรวจสอบกระบวนการ, การประชุมซัพพลายเออร์)
TYPE2: ปรับปรุงคุณภาพภายในและตั้งค่าสายการผลิต (การตรวจสอบภายใน, การประชุมคุณภาพ, วงกลม QC)
TYPE3: การตรวจสอบลูกค้า (การตรวจสอบระบบและการตรวจสอบกระบวนการของ PCBA)
TYPE4: ควรใช้การวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเส้นทาง (การวิเคราะห์กระบวนการที่คล้ายคลึงกัน)
