QA Supervisor (30K – 40K) (SDG-65553)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and conduct internal audit and improve internal auditor’s skill.
• To prepare PPAP, Submit and follow with customer
• To set up Ins.STD./WI/Q-Point/Check Sheet
• To issue NCP to Supplier/Internal Department and follow up till case closed
• Establish and improve quality activities in updated standards Including requirements and regulations.
• Ensure proper control, maintenance and updating of documentation for quality management representative (QMR).
• Maintain and Improve product quality in order to meet company expectations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that quality issues are carried out properly.
• Prepare quality reports and effectively communicate to manager and other concerns in time.
• Analyse and review weaknesses in the quality process/area and quality control system.
• Make recommendations or proposals for quality improvement and internal/external training.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
• Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Bachelor Degree in any fields.
• At least 5 years experiences as QA department role in Automotive seat (Leather) or other related interior parts (OEM) toward tier 1 supplier.
• 5 years management experience in QA department leader.
• Advanced Conversational middle-high level in English.
• Computer Literacy (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of Quality Management system
• Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis and Statistical process control
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949
• Be able to commute to work by themselves

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• รักษาและดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในและปรับปรุงทักษะของผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน
• เพื่อเตรียม PPAP ส่งและทำตามกับลูกค้า
• ตั้งค่า Ins.STD./WI/Q-Point/Check Sheet
• ออก NCP ให้กับ Supplier/Internal Department และติดตามผลจนปิดคดี
• จัดตั้งและปรับปรุงกิจกรรมคุณภาพในมาตรฐานที่เป็นปัจจุบัน รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและระเบียบข้อบังคับ
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการควบคุม การบำรุงรักษา และการปรับปรุงเอกสารสำหรับตัวแทนการจัดการคุณภาพ (QMR) อย่างเหมาะสม
• รักษาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของบริษัทและความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าปัญหาด้านคุณภาพมีการดำเนินการอย่างเหมาะสม
• เตรียมรายงานคุณภาพและสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการและข้อกังวลอื่น ๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในเวลา
• วิเคราะห์และทบทวนจุดอ่อนในกระบวนการ/พื้นที่และระบบการควบคุมคุณภาพ
• จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะหรือข้อเสนอสำหรับการปรับปรุงคุณภาพและการฝึกอบรมภายใน/ภายนอก
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-40 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งแผนก QA ในเบาะรถยนต์ (หนัง) หรือชิ้นส่วนภายในอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (OEM) ที่มีต่อซัพพลายเออร์ระดับ 1
• ประสบการณ์การจัดการ 5 ปีในหัวหน้าแผนก QA
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ระบบการวัดและการควบคุมกระบวนการทางสถิติ
• มีความรู้ IATF 16949 . เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานเองได้
