QA Supervisor
(20K – 30K) (SDG-58882)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• To manage QA activity internal and external the company
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality.
• Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern.
• Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
• Conduct QA audit (ISO, IATF) and Quality risk analysis at the production site.
• Contact with the supplier and report to the parent company.
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client.
• Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem.
• Perform other tasks assigned.
• Keep KPI targets and analyze the problem to achieve KPI.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years working experience as QA in automotive industry
• Having experience and able to handle ISO 9001, IATF16949 procedure
• Having experience of supplier audit process
• Advanced conversational high level of English
• Able to communicate in Japanese

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon - Fri, No Saturday working)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•เพื่อจัดการกิจกรรม QA ภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
•ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ
•รายงานปัญหาด้านคุณภาพไปยังการจัดการและขั้นตอนของข้อกังวลด้านคุณภาพ
•ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด
•ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QA (ISO, IATF) และการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่สถานที่ผลิต
•ติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์และรายงานไปยังบริษัทแม่
•จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้กับลูกค้า
•แก้ปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และทำการตอบโต้เพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน
•ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
•กำหนดเป้าหมาย KPI และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน QA ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
•มีประสบการณ์และสามารถจัดการกระบวนการ ISO 9001, IATF16949
•มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก

•ภาษาอังกฤษ: การสนทนา
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
•พื้นที่สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด
