QA Material & Packaging Supervisor
(23K – 28K) (SDG-59724)
เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Incoming material inspection.
• Analysis and take the action from both of chemical and packaging materials for quality issues.
• Work with supplier for quality improvement.
• Participate with supplier audit and follow up action plan with supplier until action plan closing.
• Prepare QC agreement with new supplier or OEM.
• Coach and build material team capability to have multi skill and knowledge on material solving problems.
• Cooperate with relevant sections in order to solve the material problem included customer complaint then issue flash report to supplier.
• Work as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, packing material or related field
• Have experience at least 4 years about QA/QC Material in Consumer goods (Every day goods, cosmetic)
• Have management experience at least 1 year
• Have knowledge about packaging
• Understanding quality management system ISO9001, ISO13485, HAS23000, IOS14001, ISO45001.
• Advance conversation middle level of English
• Able to use Microsoft Office program

Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(<Saturday Working: Every first Saturday>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•การตรวจสอบวัสดุที่เข้ามา
•วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการทั้งจากวัสดุเคมีและบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
•ทำงานร่วมกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพ
•มีส่วนร่วมกับการตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์และติดตามแผนปฏิบัติการกับซัพพลายเออร์จนกว่าจะปิดแผนปฏิบัติการ
•จัดทำข้อตกลง QC กับซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่หรือ OEM
•โค้ชและสร้างความสามารถของทีมวัสดุให้มีทักษะและความรู้ที่หลากหลายเกี่ยวกับการแก้ปัญหาวัสดุ
•ร่วมมือกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาวัสดุรวมถึงการร้องเรียนของลูกค้าจากนั้นออกรายงานแฟลชไปยังซัพพลายเออร์
•ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์วัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปีเกี่ยวกับ QA / QC Material in Consumer goods (Every day goods, cosmetic)
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับบรรจุภัณฑ์
•ทำความเข้าใจระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO9001, ISO13485, HAS23000, IOS14001, ISO45001
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office

สถานที่ทำงาน: อมตะซิตี้ชลบุรี
