QA Manager (Textile) (50K-75K) (SDG-81524) ผู้จัดการฝ่าย QA (สิ่งทอ) <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for total quality management system of knit textiles production unit - This positions' main KPI's will be on setting quality benchmarks for the major processes and working to continuously improve on and set new higher benchmarks - Work with the knitting, dying, finishing, and inspection departments to collect data and summaries the data to provide visibility, and feedback loops - Create methods and new processes to improve quality for specific problem areas - As this will be a new department, this position should be able to set-up the department from the ground up with comparatively fast results <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - More than 3 years of working experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in Quality Management and Improvement area in a manufacturing environment - Conversational high level of English (both speaking and writing - work with foreign managers) - Have knowledge of Quality Management systems such as TQM, Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO 9000 - Can commute or relocate to Nakonchaisri, Nakhonpathom (have company's bus support, have car parking space) <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Business level of English or Japanese - Experience in Garment, Textiles, or related lifestyle product industries - Data Analysis skills Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Nakonchaisri, Nakhonpathom Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: 3-4 times in a month, Work in Office 100%)) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–75,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacturing of textile and production and sales of apparel, retail business Business Type: Apparel / Accessories; Fiber / Fabric / Textile
