QA Junior Manager (Chachoengsao)

Job Description
QA Junior Manager @Chachoengsao (40K-47K) (JO-180401-150839)
Work outline: Be responsible for managing both QA and QC activity of that plant
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement QA activity of company’s products to customer
Implement QC activity for company’s component's parts to suppliers
Deal with audit from customer
Supplier Audit
Review and approve product's quality, inspection data etc.
Launch for new model, Follow-up the new model QA&QC activity
Negotiate with customer regarding customer's requirement
Review the production system and handle related documents
Train junior staff to improve their skill

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/Female, Age 33-38 years old
Bachelor's degree in production engineering or other engineer related field
Advanced Conversation Level of English
At least 5-7 years QA, QC experience in manufacturing company, used to manage a team before
Working experiences in automotive or automotive parts manufacturing company (Tier 1)
Has knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001(latest version) and 5S
Good communication skill with customers, suppliers etc.

Preferable:
Strong leadership and management skill

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable


Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Saturday working: It depends on project (around 4-5 days/ year)
