<Job Description> - Develop and manage QA documentation to ensure compliance with standards. - Perform quality inspections to verify the goods specifications. - Work with the sorting company on quality issues and drive improvements. - Follow up and respond to quality complaint (NCR Report) from the customer and register in the NCR Log Sheet as NCR#YY-0XX. - Follow up on the investigation and improvement from the supplier, such as an 8D Report or 5Why Report, then submit to the customer. - Prepare and submit PPAP for both new parts and part changes to the customer according to the supplier's request. - Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve concerns and identify the root cause, implementing effective countermeasures. - Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC in the automotive industry or the automotive trading industry - At least conversational - high English to overseas suppliers <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in a Japanese company - Having experience of Automotive parts
