Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage improvements related to filed quality problems with the appropriate department. - Provide status updates regarding field quality issues to overseas distributors in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Kenya, etc. - Visit overseas distributors of the company for problem investigation and clarification. - Investigate problem vehicles to identify the root cause. - Communicate daily with related departments regarding countermeasures and investigations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electronic engineering or any other relevant field. - At least 2 years as Quality Assurance from Automotive industry. - Experience in handling market claim issues in the automotive industry. - Strong skills in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence. - Able to hands-on experience in on-site investigation of defective products or vehicles after delivery. (Domestic and International Site visit) - Conversation high level in English. (To communicate with Japanese Management, Headquarter and clients), Email and speaking - Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Passionate about working in the Japanese automotive industry. <Necessary Skill / Experience> - Japanese Speaking is preferable
