Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Follow up and respond to quality complain (NCR Report) from the customer and register in the NCR Log Sheet as NCR#YY-0XX.
- Follow up the investigation and improvement from the supplier such as 8D Report or 5Why Report then submit to the customer.
- Prepare and submit PPAP for both new part and part change to the customer according to the supplier's request.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve concerns and identify the root cause, implementing effective countermeasures.
- Support data and summary report to Manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control from Electronic Parts or Automotive Parts Company
- Conversational high to Business level of English 
- Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel vlook up/Pivot table)

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks.
- Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Required TOEIC at least 750
- Working Experience in Japanese Company
