QA Chief - Supervisor
(25K – 40K) (SDG-60720)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพระดับอาวุโส-หัวหน้างาน
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions (Dial gauge, calliper, micrometre).
• Checking product quality and proposing improvements to the production process.
• Responsible for client complaints and requirements.
• Reviewing New model drawing and receive ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and specifications to compare to produced goods.
• Other task assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-38 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or another related field.
• 5 years working experience as QA engineer from Precision parts(Fastener, Bolt, etc.) in automotive manufacturing only.
• Able to use Inspection Tools (Dial gauge, calliper, micrometre).
• Advanced Conversational Low level of English
• Have working experience in a Japanese organization is preferable
• Management skills is preferable
• Able to use Auto CAD 2D and read 2D drawing is preferable

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday *Saturday Working: once in a month or twice in a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ตรวจสอบตัวอย่างผลลัพธ์โดยใช้วิธีการที่เหมาะสมกับอุตสาหกรรมเช่นการเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานขนาดการวัด (ไดอัลเกจคาลิปเปอร์ไมโครเมตร)
•ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และเสนอการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
•รับผิดชอบต่อข้อร้องเรียนและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
•ตรวจสอบแบบจำลองใหม่และรับ ECN (ประกาศการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรม) และข้อกำหนดเพื่อเปรียบเทียบกับสินค้าที่ผลิต
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-38 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร QA จาก Precision parts (Fastener, Bolt ฯลฯ ) ในการผลิตยานยนต์เท่านั้น
•สามารถใช้เครื่องมือตรวจสอบ (Dial gauge, calliper, micrometre)
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในองค์กรญี่ปุ่นเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ทักษะการจัดการเป็นที่ต้องการ
•สามารถใช้ Auto CAD 2D และอ่านแบบ 2D ได้เป็นที่ต้องการ

•ภาษาอังกฤษ: การสนทนา
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
พื้นที่สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทอง
ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น. (วันจันทร์ถึงวันศุกร์ * วันเสาร์ทำงาน: เดือนละครั้งหรือสองครั้งในหนึ่งเดือน)
