Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise the Quality Engineers in the department, coordinate with Japanese customers - Achieve Quality Objectives - Maintain ISO registration by performing all necessary tasks - Resolve Quality issues with both customers & suppliers - Process CCCR (Customer Complaint/Concern Record) issued by Sales Department - Issue Corrective Actions to Suppliers - Follow up on Corrective Actions & Closure - Close DR, Corrective Actions, & CCCR - Complete Defect Report (DR) - Inspect Parts on Quality Issues for Defect Claims and Corrective Actions - Arrange Sorting Activities - Provide Corrective Action Responses to customers (e.g., 8D Report) - Red Tag Non-Conforming Material - Disposition of Non-Conforming Material (e.g., sorting, rework, scrap, return to Vendor, Credit Memo) - Prepare & submit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) - Prepare & submit IMDS (International Material Data System) - Prepare and submit Conflict of Minerals documentation - Prepare and submit RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) documentation - Visit Key Suppliers & Customers - Write meeting minutes/letters/contracts/memos - Assist in training new QA personnel when necessary - Hire, train, develop, and evaluate QA staff members - Recommend personnel actions and perform semi-annual performance reviews; recommend annual salary and bonus adjustments
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10 years of experience working in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing company or RA experience in Industry product background. - Experience in ISO, IATF, or similar Quality standard related to the Automotive Industry is demonstrated knowledge - Business level in Japanese(JLPT N2+), To communicate with Japanese customers - Conversation High level in English (TOEIC 750+), To communitate with customers and relevent parties - Profient in Microsoft Office and ERP <In details> - Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to travel internationally and domestically - Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems and standards - Strong leadership, decision making, negotiation, time management, and multi-tasking abilities - Can work well under pressure - Organization and detail oriented> <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
