Work Outline: Correspondence of Failure Analysis Activity
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze Failure part, new part by FA tools (Such as SEM, FTIR, X-Ray, vertical cutting machine, tension, roughness) and make report.
Control and management for each analysis request as due date.
Control and manage handling of chemical use in FA Laboratory.
Establish work instruction for analysis equipment operation procedure and all investigation procedure
Establish maintenance and calibration procedure and all equipment and measurement tools and keep in due date
Set master plan and follow-up for ISO/IEC 17025 certify
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 32-38 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in field of Engineering or related field
Having 5-10 years’ experience in failure analysis of automotive manufacturing
Toeic score 600 up
Good command of writing and speaking English
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Japanese language will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Near Central Bangna
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00, Mon – Fri (Sats 1 – 2 times a month depends on customers’ schedule)
