Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform incoming inspection and cooperate with suppliers or departments to take corrective actions for raw material quality issues - Control quality in production process and final inspection - Develop and improve quality processes to find solutions for quality problems through corrective and preventive actions - Coordinate with customers or relevant departments to analyze problems, find solutions, develop and improve quality when quality issues are found - Improve operation standards and documents to support final inspection process - Summarize monthly quality problems including in-house and customer processes - Control quality and document preparation for New Model events including New Part and Mold approval - Prepare PPAP and related documentation - Improve documentation to support quality function such as Work Instructions, Inspection Reports/Data etc. - Manage change control processes (Internal, Customer and Supplier) - Define Calibration and Measurement System Analysis planning - Control internal and external calibration of measuring instruments - Proceed with Measurement System Analysis as defined in control plans - Establish, correct and update documentation for Quality and Environment System - Take action on audit findings for Quality and Environment System (Internal and External) - Perform other assigned supervisory job duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Production, Mechanic, Electrical Engineering or related field - Conversational middle level of English (To handle email and paperwork) - At least 3 years of work experience in project coordination, new product development, production planning, sales coordination, or a related role. - Experience in coordinating with customers and internal departments to manage schedules, follow up on progress, and meet project deadlines. - Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers. - Experience in automotive safety products, such as airbags, seat belts, steering wheels, or other safety-related components, is highly preferred. - Experience in new product development (NPD), new model launch, or project management. <Personality> - Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
