Work Outline: Responsible for Asia Region Quality Assurance Policy in Thailand, India, and Indonesia
Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise and assist directly with CFO, Japanese GM, and QA Manager (3 factories) to set and monitor Asia Region Quality Assurance Policy within Asia Region
Support and assist with Senior General Manager to set and monitor KPI, together with educate to all local company within Asia Region
Support and assist with Senior General Manager to set QA plan and target within the region
Prepare and held QA training program in the region
Prepare and held QA Improvement activities in region
Liaise with customers, together with suppliers within Asia Region to do the improvement process
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 28-35 years
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in QA/QC, Engineering or related fields
At least 4 yrs. exp. as Quality Assurance in manufacturing
Working experience in supervising level
Excellent command in English
Flexible and adaptable
Multi-tasking and able to manage and liaise among 3 factories
Strong leadership skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good knowledge in Engineer
Good knowledge in QA and QC
Working experience in Automotive Manufacturing should be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation (TOEIC 600)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (BTS)Udom Suk
Working Hour: 08:00 – 17:40 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 65,000 THB
