Purchasing Supervisor (Japanese Speaking) (40K–45K) (SDG-104531) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> - Develop and implement Purchasing strategies. - Manage daily Purchasing Activities, Supervise staff, and allocate tasks. - Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc. - Maintain the supplier database, Purchase records, and related documentation. - Coordinate with Inventory control to determine and Manage Inventory needs. - Ensure that items meet the required quality standards and specifications. - Prepare Cost estimates and Manage budgets. - Work to improve Purchasing systems and processes. - Contact Japanese suppliers. - Handle drawings/documents in the Japanese language and communicate in meetings with Japanese personnel. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อ - จัดการกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อรายวัน ดูแลพนักงาน และจัดสรรงาน - จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์ เจรจาสัญญา ราคา ระยะเวลา ฯลฯ - ดูแลฐานข้อมูลซัพพลายเออร์ บันทึกการซื้อ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสานงานกับการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อกำหนดและจัดการความต้องการสินค้าคงคลัง - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ารายการเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนดที่กำหนด - จัดทำประมาณการต้นทุนและจัดการงบประมาณ - งานปรับปรุงระบบและกระบวนการจัดซื้อ - ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ชาวญี่ปุ่น - จัดการแบบร่าง/เอกสารเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น และสื่อสารในการประชุมกับบุคลากรชาวญี่ปุ่น
