Purchasing Supervisor (25K–35K) (SDG-104769) หัวหน้าฝ่ายจัดซื้อ <Job responsibilities> - Review purchase requisitions, analyze purchasing trends, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Monitor inventory levels, track order statuses, and expedite deliveries to meet production or project deadlines. - Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, finance, and quality assurance, to Coordinate procurement activities and address supply chain issues. - Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ตรวจสอบใบขอซื้อ วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการจัดซื้อ และรับรองการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท - ตรวจสอบระดับสินค้าคงคลัง ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ และเร่งการส่งมอบให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาการผลิตหรือโครงการ - ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ เช่น ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ การเงิน และการประกันคุณภาพ เพื่อประสานงานกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านห่วงโซ่อุปทาน - รักษาบันทึกธุรกรรมการจัดซื้อ สัญญา และข้อตกลงของซัพพลายเออร์ให้ถูกต้อง
Job Requirement
