Work outline: Purchasing tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ø Meet with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
Ø Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, and product performance
Ø Improve quality of services on internal purchasing process.
Ø Solve the operational issues in line with corporate principles
Ø Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 30-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø At least 5 years experiences in purchasing , analyzing or any related field
Ø Good interpersonal skill, Problem solving skill , writing and result orient
Ø Able to work under pressure and deadline with service mind
Ø Good negotiation
Ø Understand Japanese Culture
Ø Willing to learn new thing
Preferable:
Ø Able to use SAP program
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: km 37 Bangna-Trad Rd, Company Shuttle bus: Samutprakarn, Chachoengsao, BKK (BTS on nut), Nontaburi, Phutthamonthon
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.10 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB including all allowance
