Senior Purchasing Staff
(30K – 35K) (SDG-74195)
เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้ออาวุโส
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Mainly, Direct material purchasing of electronic & mechanic parts (and need to help direct materials purchasing if necessary).
• Control sourcing all suppliers, deliveries and cost and evaluation of suppliers.
• Help sub-material purchasing staffs, and cooperate with other department of Accounting, Production etc.
• Price comparison, evaluation and negotiation delivery with suppliers.
• Revise materials requisition order for Production from Production Control Section
• Analyze and evaluate price trend to identify opportunities to reduce purchasing cost.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 system and KPI.
• The other assignments from Supervisors or Management.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 4 years experience about Purchasing role in Electric part from automotive industries.
• At least 2 years experience in leader in Purchasing role in Electric part from automotive industries.
• Advance conversation middle-high level of English
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication and negotiation, solving problems.
• Good in computer skills.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 system

Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon- Fri (Saturday depends on business calendar avg is once a month))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• โดยหลักแล้ว การซื้อวัสดุโดยตรงของชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และกลไก (และจำเป็นต้องช่วยจัดซื้อวัสดุโดยตรงหากจำเป็น)
• ควบคุมการจัดหาซัพพลายเออร์ การส่งมอบ ต้นทุน และการประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งหมด
• ช่วยเหลือพนักงานจัดซื้อวัสดุย่อย และร่วมมือกับแผนกบัญชี การผลิต ฯลฯ
• การเปรียบเทียบราคา การประเมิน และการส่งมอบการเจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์
• แก้ไขคำสั่งขอวัสดุสำหรับการผลิตจากส่วนควบคุมการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์และประเมินแนวโน้มราคาเพื่อระบุโอกาสในการลดต้นทุนการจัดซื้อ
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF16949 และ KPI
• งานอื่นๆ จาก Supervisor หรือ Management.
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 28-35 ปี
• ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปีเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการจัดซื้อชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้าจากอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการเป็นผู้นำด้านการจัดซื้อชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้าจากอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• สื่อสาร เจรจา แก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นอย่างดี
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF16949
