Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Handle Purchasing Management - Issuing Purchase Order to local & overseas suppliers - Follow up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. - Sourcing new suppliers & sub-contractors, comparing, negotiating, and evaluating offers. - Prepare for reports, data summary, and other related documents - Good cooperation and coordination with other internal sections in the company - Cooperate and operate according to the ISO system of the company Handle Import shipment from Overseas - Coordinate with the Logistics Service Provider for the import customs clearance process (Checking, reviewing, and confirming of shipping documents & import entry) - Arrange the vehicle and information for the scheduled delivery of goods to the domestic customer after customs release and confirmation. - Follow up on the document for closing import expenses (invoices & bill placement) from Logistics Service Provider Handle Export shipment to Overseas - Request quotation for Sea-Air freight and booking confirmation from Logistics Service Provider - Coordinate with the Logistics Service Provider for export customs clearance process - Preparing invoice, packing list, shipping instruction, and other documents necessary paperwork - Follow up on the document for closing export expenses (invoices & bill placement) from Logistics Service Provider - Communicate with customers, transport providers, and booking confirmation parties, and other involved parties as directed by management - Perform other tasks assigned within the department (Inventory control, Quotation sheet, Confirmation and acknowledge PO to customers)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field may be required - At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management - Experience in Import and Export - Conversational high in English to speak and write (For communication with internal and external) <Details> - Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. - Pro-active, fast learner, and work as a team. <Preferable skill / Experience > - Have knowledge of ISO is an advantage.
