Purchasing Staff (Japanese speaking) (45K-50K) (JO-180314-149470)
About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for purchasing planning, manage purchasing system and cost.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Request for quotations from suppliers, following, collecting quotations and negotiation with suppliers
Analyze the cost offered by the supplier in order to minimize prices and control costs
Learning and acknowledge of raw material, functions of the components in the car seat.
Able to work in other provinces (morning to evening) or abroad.
Translating documents or interpreter in work (boss are Japanese)
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female , Age 28-35 years old
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineer or production engineer field
At least 3 years’ experience in purchase (Cost settlement)
Good skills in general programs such as Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Able to plan and manage cost material
Able to visit maker/supplier 2-3 times/ month (Pathumtani area)
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create purchasing reports and conduct cost analyses
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ekamai
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:00AM – 17:00PM) (1 Saturday per month depends on company’s calendar)
About the Benefit
Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 THB (Total)
