Work outline: Responsible for all the purchasing activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Receive and record Purchase Request
Ø Request quotation from Supplier/Sub Contractor
Ø Prepare Purchasing order
Ø Prepare and send Duplicated PO to Supplier/Subcontractor and Copy PO to Requestor
Ø Update Purchase Approval data to As400
Ø Update in Purchase Record Sheet
Ø Record Supplier/Sub Contractor list
Ø Collect and record Supplier/Sub contractor inspection result and send the result evaluation under qualified Supplier/Sub Contractor
Ø Filing & scan purchase data and concerned document
Ø Receive information from other department concerning to Purchase document
Ø Miscellaneous work
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Field or Business Administration with direct experience in construction business
Ø At least 1 years, experience in purchase of construction business
Ø Good English communication with reading and speaking
Ø Computer skill in Microsoft Office and Internet
Ø Have interpersonal and coordinating skill in both internal and external company
Ø Honesty Discipline and circumspect person
Ø Pro-active and willing to learn new things
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday-Friday)
