Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Parts Development: Coordinate with suppliers to produce parts that meet specifications for trials and mass production. - Project Management: Coordinate with development projects with suppliers’ schedules and adjust timelines to achieve project targets. - Documentation: Prepare and approve Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) documents to support trials, production, quality assurance, and delivery. - Capacity and Supply Chain: Monitor and resolve supplier capacity and supply chain issues to ensure smooth delivery in accordance with requirements. - Supplier Tracking: Monitor and resolve supplier quality and delivery issues to ensure production continuity and prevent shortages.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering and Mechatronics Engineering - Fresh Graduates are welcomed - 1 year experience in procurement or purchasing fieild - Conversation high level in English (Communicate with JP Management, e-mail and documents) - Able to read 2D 3D - Able to visit supplier sometimes (Company car and driver provided) - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
