Job Description
<Job Description> - Manage the overall purchasing process - Planning, sourcing, and procurement of materials and equipment related to M&E systems. - Plan and execute purchasing schedules for M&E items such as screws, bolts, fittings, etc. - Source and evaluate new suppliers and subcontractors to meet project requirements. - Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. - Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability. - Coordinate with internal departments and project teams to ensure timely delivery. - Assist in identifying and selecting subcontractors for specific M&E work scope. - Others tasks assigned by the Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 8 years of experience in the purchasing of mechanical and electrical (M&E) In a contractor company (construction industry) - At least 4 years of experience as a Leader or Assistant Manager with subordinates. - Conversational High in English Level (Communicate and report directly to the Japanese report line) - Strong knowledge of M&E construction materials, electrical, and mechanical parts - Experience in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor/subcontractor management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel <In Details> - Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related Engineering field - Experience in using Mango software - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience at a Manager Level
