<Number of employees : Total : 600 Local : 590 Japanese : 10 > <Report Line : Japanese Manager, Male> <Team Member: around 20 people in purchasing department > <Number of Subordinates: 10 members > <Products: Electronic parts and Semiconductor > <Clients: Electronic Industry, Automotive Industry > <Saturday Working: None> <Position objective > Manage cost and purchasing department <Job Responsibilities> ・Source item from both domestic and oversea suppliers, Mainly is raw material. ・Control all works in purchasing department ・Execute cost down activity. ・Place order to supplier and follow up delivery. ・Audit supplier & evaluate supplier performance. ・Make cost down & purchasing report. ・Other task assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 8-10 years experience purchasing (JP Speaking) in Electronic or semiconductor industry ・At least 3 years experience manager position ・Conversational high level of Japanese (Must have JLPT N2 up, can communicate with supplier and Japanese manager) ・Conversational level of English ・Able to use Microsoft Office Program ( especially VLOOKUP, pivot table, sum if, sum product, etc ) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have strong negotiation skills ・Business level of Japanese ・Work in Japanese company
