<Job Responsibilities> - Support Internal & external purchasing operations - Support Internal & external delivery and shipping arrangements (inland, import, export) - Support & coordinate the insurance company for any claim cases - Support for follow-up & monitoring on PR/PO operation controlling - Support related document with the Thai Government office - Support for issuing payment for any related logistics invoice - Support for budget usage control & planning - Support for supplier contact coordination - Support in the related issue for the New project preparation - Support other related duties (if any)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Fresh Graduate from Business Administration, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management are welcome. - (If the candidate has experience) At least 2 year experience as Logistic or Purchasing from Trading, Frieght forwarder or Logistic company - Conversation high level in English (Communicate with JP Management, e-mail and documents) - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel <Personality> - Strong multitasking abilities - Proactive, adaptable - Quick to respond - Able to work well under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Preferably with a focus on logistics/supply chain management, import-export, or related fields - Japanese speaking is preferable
