Purchasing Executive (23K–25K) (SDG-105122) ผู้บริหารฝ่ายจัดซื้อ <Job responsibilities> Main: 1. Domestic sales processing a. Updating delivery date with the customer. b. Monitoring delivery date of each customer. c. Issue Invoice/ Billing note/Receipt note and Delivery note. d. Sending all original document to the customer (Invoice, Billing note and Receipt note). 2. Receiving the Purchase order from the customer and confirmation date of delivery back. 3. Releasing the Purchase order to each supplier. 4. Recording and following delivery date after get confirmation with supplier. 5. Follow up shipment domestics with Supplier by smoothly. 6. Request supplier to issue us a quotation with discussing about product specifications. 7. Visiting to suppliers. 8. Mulching of Invoice IN & Invoice OUT including of monthly report. 9. All duty job assigns from Supervisor (if any). Support: 1. Issue the quotation to the customer. 2. Visiting regular customer. 3. Sourcing for potential suppliers. 4. Cost saving management. 5. Support to Sales team and Admin (if any). <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> หลัก: 1. การดำเนินการขายในประเทศ ก. อัปเดตวันส่งสินค้ากับลูกค้า ข. ติดตามวันส่งมอบของลูกค้าแต่ละราย ค. ออกใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบวางบิล/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบส่งสินค้า ง. ส่งเอกสารต้นฉบับทั้งหมดให้กับลูกค้า (ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล และใบเสร็จรับเงิน) 2. รับใบสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าและวันที่ยืนยันการส่งมอบคืน 3. การออกใบสั่งซื้อให้กับซัพพลายเออร์แต่ละราย 4. บันทึกและติดตามวันส่งมอบหลังจากได้รับการยืนยันจากซัพพลายเออร์ 5. ติดตามการจัดส่งภายในประเทศกับ Supplier ได้อย่างราบรื่น 6. ขอให้ซัพพลายเออร์ออกใบเสนอราคาพร้อมหารือเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ 7. เข้าพบซัพพลายเออร์ 8. Mulching Invoice IN & Invoice OUT พร้อมรายงานประจำเดือน 9. งานทั้งหมดที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน (ถ้ามี) สนับสนุน: 1. ออกใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า 2. ออกพบลูกค้าประจำ. 3. การจัดหาซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีศักยภาพ 4. การจัดการการประหยัดต้นทุน 5. สนับสนุนทีมขายและผู้ดูแลระบบ (ถ้ามี)
Job Requirement
