Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan material requirements (Material Requirement Planning: MRP) in accordance with the production schedule and customer orders - Create Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor material deliveries to ensure on-time supply and uninterrupted production - Maintain appropriate inventory levels to prevent material shortages and minimize excess inventory - Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and suppliers to manage material procurement lead times and ensure timely availability of production materials - Monitor and analyze supplier delivery performance and proactively resolve issues that may impact production - Support cost reduction (Cost Saving) initiatives and procurement process improvement activities - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement - Prepare and analyze material planning reports including Material Shortage, Inventory Level, Purchase Order Status, and Delivery Performance - Present findings to management - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or any related field - 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, material planning or supply planning in the automotive industry - High-level conversational English (To communicate with suppliers, email and documents) <In details> - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a proactive working attitude <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience with ERP and MRP systems is preferred
