<Number of employees : Total: 51 Local: 49 Japanese: 2 Foreigner: > <Report Line: Purchase Manager (TH, F) > <Team Member: 3 persons> <Number of Subordinates: None > <Products: Petrochemicals > <Clients: Manufacturing > <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Processing to purchase goods and services follow company policy. - Ensuring that Purchase orders are raised and approved, good and service are received and orders are receipted in a complete. <Job Responsibilities> ・Coordinate with requesting agency to prepare purchasing documents and carry out the purchase. ・Regarding negotiation process as to get the best price and condition. • Monitor the delivery of the products and coordinating with relevant department in receiving. ・Monitor stock leave of Raw Material, Sub-Raw Material, Packaging and place orders as needed. ・Register new supplier information in system. ・Solve problems with the supplier. ・Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters. ・Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers. ・Prepare reports on purchases. ・Another jobs as assignment.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer or related field. ・Welcome fresh grad ・Able to read drawing. ・Advance conversation middle in English. ・Good computer skills. ・Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules. ・Good planning, negotiation, communication skill and service mind. ・Good attitude and respond for team work also safety awareness. ・Able to travel to company by own car <Preferable> ・At least 2 years’ experience in Material purchasing or Supply Chain in manufacturing ・Knowledge in MRP system for purchasing (Will be advantage)
