Work outline: Prepare supplier/ sub-contractor to meet the quality, specification, Drawing, Schedule, budget to prepare compare purchase document, record, analyze unit cost and Sup/Sub evaluation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Receive requirement and prepare supplier/ sub-contractor to meet drawing specification schedule quantity budget
Ø Check Quantity, drawing, specification, cost to compare pro and con
Ø Communicate with requestor, supplier and sub-contractor for more detail
Ø Prepare compare sheet, purchase request, purchase order
Ø Keep purchase data and filling in computer or document file
Ø Record purchase data, unit cost, material detail with report
Ø Search new material, supplier/subcontractor and trend of material price
Ø Able to learning and training new knowledge to improve work ability
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
Ø Having 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing or site engineer (Construction business)
Ø Good English communication with reading and speaking (Conversational level)
Ø Computer skill in Microsoft Office and Internet
Ø Pro-active and eager to learn a new knowledge for improve work ability
Preferable:
Ø Have site engineer experience from construction industry is an advantage
Ø Honesty, carefully, diligent, communicate with others well
Ø Possess engineering license
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday-Friday)
