Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage local / import purchasing, BOI, construction/ maintenance, machine & tooling, general office supply (stationary)
• Coordinate with suppliers (from Japan, China, India) to ensure that all items are delivered on-time.
• Negotiate for cost reduction.
• Create related reports and documents and evaluate supplier performance.
• Check and update material storage.
• Manage and lead all members to achieve goals in purchasing functions.
• Other task as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Purchasing in any manufacturing industry
• Advanced conversation middle level of English (Have TOEIC score more than 500)
• Able to work under pressure

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดการการจัดซื้อในพื้นที่ / นำเข้า BOI การก่อสร้าง / บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือการจัดหาสำนักงานทั่วไป (เครื่องเขียน)
•ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ (จากญี่ปุ่น,จีน,อินเดีย) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าทั้งหมดจะถูกส่งตรงเวลา
•เจรจาเพื่อลดต้นทุน
•จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
•ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงการจัดเก็บวัสดุ
•จัดการและนำพาสมาชิกทุกคนให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในการจัดซื้อฟังก์ชั่น
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (มีคะแนน TOEIC มากกว่า 500)
•สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
