<Number of employees : Total : 4,730 Local : TBC Japanese : TBC Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line: Purchasing Department Head > <Team Member: Raw material 4 persons, Spare part 15 persons and General part 15 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 34 > <Products: Development, production and marketing of various printed circuit boards and electronics devices for a consumer and industrial use arena > <Clients: Manufacturing > <Saturday Working: every other Saturday (twice a month) > <Position Objective/Expectation > ・Responsible for purchase in raw material, spare part and general part <Job Responsibilities> ・Monitoring and management of Sub material, Spare part order and Warehouse control. ・Handle section target (KPI) to achieve target monthly. ・Support quality system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949. ・Supplier audit and evaluation. ・Summarize problems and report to top management. ・Training and educating subordinates to get more knowledge. ・Inform subordinates to understand the details of the company's regulations and rules. ・Inventory part control and update price up. ・Check with verification of all PO & Others. ・Suppliers visit for negotiate cost down solution.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in any related field ・At least 3 years of working experience as purchasing in any manufacturing. ・At least 3 years of management experience in any manufacturing. ・Have knowledge Quality System : ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016 ・Conversational middle level in English <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience as purchasing in automotive company. ・High motivation to improve ・Good in relationship and coordination skills ・Management experience in Manufacturing (employees of more than 500) ・Experience in Japanese company ・Able to communicate in Japanese
