Work outline: Purchasing tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Analyze the current buying systems and create the best methods for day-by-day of purchasing operations
Ø Liaise between supplier, manufactures relevant internal department and customers
Ø Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
Ø Develop integrates purchasing strategies that support organization strategies
Ø Contact with Japanese Suppliers both in Thailand and other countries for negotiate
Ø Monitoring quality of service provided
Ø Video conference with supplier (Japanese/English)
Ø Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Female only, age 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 3 years experiences in purchasing , analyzing or any related field
Ø Good interpersonal skill, Problem solving skill , writing and result orient
Ø Able to work under pressure and deadline with service mind
Ø Good negotiation
Ø Understand Japanese Culture
Ø Excellent in English and Japanese
Ø Willing to learn new thing
Preferable:
Ø Able to use SAP program
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (At least N2)
Workplace Area: Bangna- Trad Rd km 37 (Provide company shuttle bus)
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.10 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 THB including all allowance
