Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Procurement, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management, and Documentation
- To assist in managing procurement operations and purchasing processes
- To be requisitioned for payment, place orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies
- To ensure order accuracy aligned with the supplier agreement and forecast demand
- To ensure supplier tooling compliance with customer requirements through validation
- To identify, evaluate, onboard, and negotiate terms/pricing and contracts with new suppliers
- To conduct performance reviews to assess supplier efficiency and to agree on standards
- To negotiate, improve, and execute contracts/agreements to minimize total costs
- To reduce materials/logistics costs, tooling, and controlling freight expenses
- To ensure BOI & Import-Export compliance by aligning documentation
- To comply with Thai BOI regulations and Import-Export regulations
- To prepare reports, such as purchase amounts, cost savings, and expense analyses
2 Supplier Performance, Compliance, and Documentation
- To conduct of suppliers on measuring performance
- To request improvements and track corrective actions.
- To manage supplier documents for new models, customer requirements, and audits.
3 Other responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the purchase manager or top management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain Management
- At least 2 years of experience at the Management level, as a Leader or Supervisor with subordinates
- Experience in the Trading or Manufacturing Industries in any related products
- Conversational High Level in English
(Communicate with Japanese Management and supplier, also reports and documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (For data tracking, cost analysis, and supplier comparison)
- Familiar with ISO standards, BOI processes, and ERP systems.
- Familiar with ERP System and able to handle Purchasing data manually

- Good interpersonal skills and good negotiation skills
- Leadership on Staff training, problem-solving, and enforcing procurement protocols
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to start working immediately
- Able to read drawings
- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Experience in Fastener products (Knot, screw, Electronic part)
- Experience in purchasing as an Engineer & VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering)
