Job Description
- Sourcing and develop new items and suppliers from local and overseas according to specifications and requirements. - To analyze and Benchmark Cost breakdown on the selected item with comply with cost comparison. - Select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers. - To seek potential local and oversea suppliers for the alternative product proposal. - Qualify the new suppliers together with conducting the audit for ensure their quality meets company requirements. - Support all functions in Sourcing and Purchasing new alternative suppliers for contractors for any required items. - Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works. - Handle and perform the claim to suppliers for defectives, shortages or any problems in Sourcing and Purchasing Job. - Maintain complete updated purchasing records, data and pricing in the system. - Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned. - Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items to suppliers. - Generate cost reduction idea and follow as comply by the objective targets. - Prepare reports and summarize data. - Any other as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Business Administration, or related field ・At least 5 years of working experience in Purchasing/ Procurement in any manufacturing industry ・At least 2 years of management experience as Supervisor, Assistant Manager or higher ・Conversational middle level in English ・Have experience in material and cost control ・Abilty to use MS Office program <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Good at mathematics and able to reading drawing
