Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - The general process is to first provide the details of the desired purchase, obtain a quote, and request a guarantee for the arrangement based on those details, then officially place the order. When the goods arrive, check the contents, complete the acceptance inspection, and proceed to issue the invoice. - Selection of business partners - Ensuring and maintaining quality - Securing quantity - Observing delivery deadlines - Purchasing at a fair price - Handling import and export tasks - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 3 years of work experience as purchasing staff - Conversational middle level of English to communicate with the Japanese MD and Clients <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Management experience - Japanese skill (no required level ) - Work experience in electronics industries
