<Job Responsibilities> - Developing new suppliers, both local and overseas suppliers (Vietnam, Malaysia, China, India, etc.) - Contact suppliers and provide product comparisons as requested by division. - Negotiate prices and conditions with suppliers. - Follow up on products to be delivered on time according to schedule and conditions. - Evaluate vendors, plan, analyze, and improve the system for efficiency. - Follow the rules and work procedures that have been set. - Perform duties as assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management - At least 3 years of work experience as a Purchasing, Procurement or Sales Coordinator with experience in finding new suppliers from a Trading Company - Experience in procuring Electronic Components - Conversational high level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, Oversea Suppliers via e-mail, and make the documents) - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - Able to take business trips overseas (Vietnam, Malaysia, China, India, etc.) <Detail > - Strong multitasking abilities - Proactive, adaptable - Quick to respond - Able to work well under pressure. < Preferable Skill/ Experience> - TOEIC score 650 up - Can start working immediately
