Property Consultant (Sales Executive/Real Estate) (20K–30K) (SDG-118497) <Job responsibilities> - Selling properties to Thai customers to get the job done according to the goals set. - Prepare documents and coordinate between customers and projects. (during peak time) - Collection of real estate listings for resale - Selling properties to Thai clients (Using a co-agent) *Use agent of developer subsidiary. - Selling properties to Thai clients (Direct customers) - Attracting and Selling customers Using SNS (Website, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) - Collection of properties for sale. - Fix specific problems that may occur. - Plan work, Follow up, Check, and Make a report. - Creation of records for the database of resale properties. - Prepare contract documents and transfer ownership. - Coordinate between customers and the decoration company. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any major. - At least 1 year of work experience as a Sales or Property Consultant in the Real Estate business (Condominium, House, Land) - Conversational-middle level in English (communicate with Japanese Sales and clients) - Can work in flexible working hours - Taking quick action and being able to Handle multiple tasks - Good communication skills - High motivation and positive character <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can start working immediately Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 20,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Real Estate Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage);
