Property Consultant (Real Estate) (25K–35K) (SDG-83911) ที่ปรึกษาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (อสังหาริมทรัพย์) <Job Responsibilities> Your mission is not to sell property as sales but to be consultant as partner of customer. Mainly you will be in charge of existing clients. - Be good consultant for customer and provide service and information based on customer's budget and schedule -Visit property with customer and introduce them to individual customer *by company car with driver - Prepare documents related sales and consultation - Other tasks assigned by Japanese MD *There is a sales assistant <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - More than 2 years working experience as sales or sales support staff at real estate agency - Conversational middle level of English *For internal communication with Japanese staff - Personality : Hearing skill to understand client needs and think together <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can join immediately Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(Monday - Friday and Saturday except 2nd week) About the Benefits 25,000–35,000THB About the company Product & Service: Real estate Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage);

ที่ปรึกษาด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (อสังหาริมทรัพย์) (25K–35K) (SDG-83911) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> ภารกิจไม่ใช่เพียงแค่การขายทรัพย์สินเป็นการขาย แต่รวมถึงเป็นที่ปรึกษาในฐานะหุ้นส่วนของลูกค้า ส่วนใหญ่จะต้องรับผิดชอบลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ - เป็นที่ปรึกษาที่ดีให้กับลูกค้าและให้บริการและข้อมูลตามงบประมาณและกำหนดเวลาของลูกค้า - เดินทางเพื่อดูอสังหาริมทรัพย์กับลูกค้าและแนะนำลูกค้ารายบุคคล *โดยรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ - จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการขายและให้คำปรึกษา - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น *มีผู้ช่วยฝ่ายขาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 2 ปีในตำแหน่งพนักงานขายหรือเจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุนการขายในหน่วยงานอสังหาริมทรัพย์ - ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง *สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในกับพนักงานชาวญี่ปุ่น - บุคลิกภาพ : ทักษะการได้ยินเพื่อเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าและคิดร่วมกัน <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันที ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ทองหล่อ เวลาทำงาน: 9:30-18:30 น.
