<Job Description> - Expand the new customer base and explore new business opportunities. - Develop sales plans, conduct sales presentations, and close deals. - Visit clients and take full responsibility for sales activities. - Prepare sales reports and conduct sales analysis. - Provide consultations and gather requirements from the customers - Coordinate with the customers and project consultants. - Resolve issues and take ownership of bidding projects from new customers. - Ensuring sales targets are achieved as defined by the company. - Ensure high levels of satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships. - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - At least 3 years of experience in Sales in M&E systems - Experience in acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities - Conversational Middle in English Level (Communicate internally, email, and some report documents) - Able to travel upcountry and stay overnight as necessary for visiting customers - Own car and a Driving license for visiting customers <In Details> - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to represent the company in front of stakeholders. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience as Project Sales - Experience in M&E Contractor Company - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience in Bidding Project
