Project Sales (Education) (50K–80K) (SDG-102309) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายโครงการ (การศึกษา) <Job responsibilities> The establishment and maintenance of customer relationships - Collect customer information on the market, build customer file; - Visit and support key customers frequently including customers’ decision maker chain and different key persons; - Find Customer needs and pain points, provide support and service in a timely and effective manner - Respond to customer’s requirements fast and give the solutions in time. Project operation - Find project opportunities and hit the pipeline target as required; - Achieve the sales target as required; - Project planning and managing and updating properly; - Coordinate with other project team members; - Responsible for bidding and signing sales contracts, following up delivery, cash collection process; <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> การจัดตั้งและการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า - รวบรวมข้อมูลลูกค้าในตลาด สร้างไฟล์ลูกค้า - เข้าพบและสนับสนุนลูกค้ารายสำคัญบ่อยครั้ง รวมถึงกลุ่มผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจของลูกค้าและบุคคลสำคัญต่างๆ - ค้นหาความต้องการและปัญหาของลูกค้า ให้การสนับสนุนและบริการอย่างทันท่วงทีและมีประสิทธิภาพ - ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็วและให้แนวทางแก้ไขได้ทันเวลา การดำเนินโครงการ - ค้นหาโอกาสของโครงการและบรรลุเป้าหมายไปป์ไลน์ตามที่ต้องการ - บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายตามที่ต้องการ - การวางแผนโครงการและการจัดการและปรับปรุงอย่างเหมาะสม - ประสานงานกับสมาชิกในทีมโครงการอื่น ๆ - รับผิดชอบในการประมูลและลงนามในสัญญาการขาย ติดตามการส่งมอบ กระบวนการเรียกเก็บเงินเงินสด
Job Requirement
