Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and schedule workloads between Creative and Social teams to ensure project timelines and deadlines are met. - Coordinate project briefs, creative development, and content delivery across teams. - Support the producer in pre-production, shooting, and post-production processes. - Source and manage freelance talent (e.g., designers, writers, video editors) as needed to support project needs. - Monitor and manage creative budgets to ensure cost efficiency and proper resource allocation. - Maintain clear communication between departments and external vendors to align project expectations. - Track project status, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to streamline workflow. - Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks related to production or team operations as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field - At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital or creative agency. - Strong skills in project scheduling, task coordination, and workflow management. - Proven ability to work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams. - Able to coordinate with internal and external - Good understanding of creative and production processes. - Conversational Middle in English to use for communicating, emails, and documents - Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Planner) and MS Office
