About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for organizing and leading to establish retail solution business in Thailand
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Plan and manage retail solutions business in Thailand along with Retail Life-Cycle-Management Model.
Ø Deliver store system, software & hardware, consultation, build, maintenance support and services
Ø Take ownership of on-time/on-budget project completion.
Ø Collaborate with international retail team members (Japan, Thailand, Vietnam etc.) to execute the business plan
Ø Strengthen relationship with key retail executives in Key Account (Major CVS) and other large accounts
Ø Oversees the daily execution of activities across all program tracks/work streams (e.g., estimate, scoping, budget, staffing, financial targets)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø 5 years of experience in retail solutions or IT division of a retail company
Ø Experience in managing System Integration Projects with a team of at least 5 subordinates for minimum of 2 years
Ø Excellent relationship-building, communication (written/verbal), presentation skills
Ø strategic negotiation skills
Ø Experience of acquiring new customers and developing new business
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge about PMP
Ø Graduated in Master Degree
Ø Able to communicate in Japanese
Ø Experience of international business in a Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 *flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*
About the Benefit
Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 THB negotiable
