Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Short-Term (Main Priority) - Manage a large-scale ERP migration project for group company (9 companies) - · Project value: 27.0 M THB - · Duration: 1.5 years - Responsibilities include: - · Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) - · Manage progress: plan vs. actual - · Coordinate resources among our IS team, external development vendors, and users - · Maintain strong relationships with users - · Make project decisions and provide directions on behalf of the supervisor - · Identify potential risks and propose cost-reduction strategies - ·Visit Affiliated company to make sure the implement process are running smooth (Comapny car and driver provided) - Long-Term - · Initially, focus solely on managing the ERP migration project. - · After project completion: - Manage the IS(Information Systems) application team under the direction of IS GM (Thai). - Expected to be a long-term successor candidate for the next IS GM after current GM retire
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 9 years of experience as a System Engineer - Understand and have experiences in Implementation & Rollout Dynamics 365 or others ERP program such as SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Salesforce - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory - Conversational High level of English, English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above (to communicate with report line and Japanese vendor)
