Work outline: Responsible for managing parking lot system on each project
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and Organize the parking car system at the customer’s site
Ø Introduce parking service to the customers in order to achieve sales target
Ø Coordinate with customers or owner
Ø Prepare and handle department reports
Ø Negotiate and prepare contract with customers/owners
Ø Handle and manage cash
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, age 28-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration or other related field
Ø At least 3-5 years of working experience in Sales in Service/Hotel industry (Travel Agency), Customer Service (willing to do sales), Coordinator, OR other related field
Ø Friendly and talkative
Ø Able to communicate in English
Ø Good PC skills in MS Office
Ø Excellent interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Ø Mature, good looking with good personality, active, and strong service minded
Preferable:
Ø Handled documents/paperwork before.
Ø Service-minded
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng/ MRT Silom
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB
