Project Manager (Engineer) (5 months contract) (60K–100K) (SDG-64705) ผู้จัดการโครงการ (วิศวกร) (สัญญา 5 เดือน) <Job Responsibilities> - Project management of factory extension by consulting of all aspects of construction - Project reporting of working progress and overall construction including safety test - Design & Installation, Supervision, Monitoring & Control, Project & Facility Management, Power & Energy Management, Testing & Commissioning, Audits etc - Coordinate with subcontractor on field work (HVAC system, Utility , Electrical and Construction work) - Estimating experience and knowledge of site surveying, project sequencing - Managing electronic factory, facility and Industrial Projects preferred. - Project management qualifications - Working with sub-contractors - Other assignments from upper level <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical /Power /Mechanical Engineering or related field - At least 7-10 years of Project management experience in a range of HVAC or General Ventilation Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Variable Air Volume Systems or related - Project reporting experience - Safety system experience - Proficient in AUTOCAD, Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) - Excellent attention to detail and Customer service driven. - Good command of English (Communicate with JP client and JP President) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Lamphoon province Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Building works, scaffolding and civil engineering works, electrical engineering works, tile, brick, and block works, steel structural works, mechanical equipment installation, roofing works, piping works, glass works, waterproofing works, building fixtures, pipelaying Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;Glass / Ceramic / Cement

ผู้จัดการโครงการ (วิศวกร) (สัญญา 5 เดือน) (60K–100K) (SDG-64705) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - บริหารจัดการโครงการขยายโรงงานโดยให้คำปรึกษาด้านการก่อสร้างทุกด้าน - รายงานโครงการความคืบหน้าการทำงานและการก่อสร้างโดยรวมรวมถึงการทดสอบความปลอดภัย - การออกแบบและติดตั้ง การกำกับดูแล การตรวจสอบและควบคุม การจัดการโครงการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก การจัดการพลังงานและพลังงาน การทดสอบและการว่าจ้าง การตรวจสอบ ฯลฯ - ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงในงานภาคสนาม (ระบบ HVAC สาธารณูปโภค ไฟฟ้า และงานก่อสร้าง) - การประเมินประสบการณ์และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสำรวจไซต์งาน การจัดลำดับโครงการ - บริหารจัดการโรงงานอิเล็คทรอนิคส์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และโครงการอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - คุณสมบัติการบริหารโครงการ - การทำงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วง - งานอื่นๆ จากระดับบน <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 30 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า/กำลัง/เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์การบริหารโครงการอย่างน้อย 7-10 ปี ในระบบ HVAC หรือระบบระบายอากาศทั่วไป ระบบน้ำเย็น ระบบปริมาตรอากาศแปรผัน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์การรายงานโครงการ - ประสบการณ์ระบบความปลอดภัย - เชี่ยวชาญใน AUTOCAD, ซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook และ Power Point) - ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและบริการลูกค้าเป็นเลิศ - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับลูกค้า JP และประธาน JP) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ไม่มี ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : จังหวัดลำพูน เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.
